Electronic entrance system Smartkey

As part of the resort modernizations, we installed the Smartkey electronic access system in our hotel Pod Kokšínem in January 2023. This, in combination with the Previo reservation system and the virtual butler Alfréd, enables our guests to accommodate themselfs entirely on their own:

1. Booking through the website
2. Check-in via the link in the confirmation email
3. Payment via payment gateway
4. Accommodation thanks to the assigned PIN (entrance to the hotel can be found described in the photos below)

The electronic handles work very intuitively, see the attached video or photos:

1. Press the keyboard harder to light it up
2. Enter the assigned PIN
3. Confirm with a hashtag
4. The doorknob will announce the opening
